OSAP and your OAN
If you are an Ontario post-secondary school student who is applying for or are already receiving financial aid from the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), you will be assigned an OSAP Access Number (OAN). You will be able to log on to the OSAP website with your OAN and selected password to see updated information about your OSAP application. Can't Remember or Don't Know Your OAN or Online Password? Forgetting your OAN or password to log on to the OSAP website can be frustrating. While we can help, we encourage you to look at the OSAP login help website first. If you are still unable to retrieve your OAN and/or password for the OSAP password, you can fill out an OSAP Website: Forgot Password and/or OSAP Access Number form, which you can download and print from the OSAP public website. Once your request has been processed, you will be mailed a letter containing your OAN. OSAP Website: Forgot Password and/or OSAP Access Number Form To complete your OSAP Website: Forgot Password and/or OSAP Access Number form, you must have the form validated in-person or remotely/electronically by an authorized third-party official. These must be original and shown in-person or during the remote video call (rather than emailed to us).
