As Canada returns to normal from the Covid-19 global pandemic various employers, schools, and other entities are requiring their employees, students, visitors, etc. to become vaccinated.
If you have a valid reason for not becoming vaccinated that qualifies for an exemption (reasons that qualify for an exemption may be unique to a particular entity) then you may be required to sign a Statement of Creed/Religious Belief form in order to obtain an exemption.
